D&H National Research Centers is currently conducting a study on HER2+ and HER2 LOW Endometrial Cancer. As a prominent leader in clinical research in Florida, we are committed to advancing medical knowledge and patient care.
Inclusion Criteria:
If you want to participate in this study, you must meet the following criteria:

Female subjects older than 18 years old.

Diagnosed with HER2+, HR+/HER2 low or endometrial cancer, prior checkpoint therapy.

Have progressed on standard of care treatments.
Exclusion Criteria:
You are not eligible for participation in this study if:

Has a medical history of symptomatic or serious cardiac arrhythmia requiring treatment.

Has a medical history of myocardial infarction or unstable angina within 6 months before day 1.

Has a history of (non-infectious) ILD/pneumonitis that required steroids, has current ILD/pneumonitis, or where suspected ILD/pneumonitis cannot be ruled out by imaging at screening.

Have a lung-specific intercurrent clinically significant illness, any underlying pulmonary disorder , and any autoimmune, connective tissue, or inflammatory disorder with pulmonary involvement and/or prior pneumonectomy (complete).

Has an uncontrolled infection requiring IV injection of antibiotics, antivirals, or antifungals.
